摘要
火灾自动闭门器的质量和寿命在国内备受关注,目前大多对闭门器表面处理均采用带有污染性的化学电镀工艺。为解决这一污染环境问题,本文阐述了一种可取代传统湿式电镀或电解镀技术的真空镀膜技术,能够在具有非同一平面内且具有一定复杂外形结构的自动环保型闭门器的表面,涂有均匀厚度、致密且连续的功能性薄膜。分别从逐级式的过渡沉积、离化率和均一性调控进行研究,验证磁控溅射镀膜的先进性。
The quality and life span of automatic door closers have attracted great attention in China.Currently,the mostly used surface treatment technique of door closers is chemical plating,which is highly polluting.In order to solve this problem,we introduced a vacuum coating technology that can replace the traditional chemical plating or electrolytic plating.This technique can cover the complex surface of the automatic door closer with dense and continuous functional film with uniform thickness.We analyzed this technique from the aspects of progressive deposition,ionization rate and uniformity regulation,and verified the advanced nature of the magnetron sputtering coating technology.
