摘要
步态障碍贯穿于帕金森病疾病全过程,是导致患者失能的主要原因之一,严重影响患者生活质量。帕金森病步态障碍机制复杂,脑功能成像技术可用于分析帕金森病步态障碍相关脑功能变化特点及规律,对于揭示步态障碍的神经病理生理学机制、指导治疗、评估疗效具有重要临床意义。本文对近年来基于fMRI和功能性近红外光谱成像技术在帕金森病步态障碍中的研究进展进行简要概述,以为未来研究提供参考。
Gait disorder appears in the whole process of Parkinson’s disease(PD),which causesdisability and serious affects in PD patients.The mechanism of gait disorder in PD is still unclear.Functional brain-neuroimaging can be used to analyse the characteristics and rules of brain functionalactivity related to gait disorder in PD,and has important clinical significance in revealing the neuralphysiopathologia mechanism of gait disorder,guiding the treatment and evaluating the curative effect.Thispaper briefly summarizes the research progress of fMRI and functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)ingait disorder of PD,to provide reference for future research.
