西北油田采出液破乳剂的优选 被引量:2

Optimization of demulsifier for produced fluid in Sinopec Northwest Oilfield

摘要 以西北油田某联合站原油为研究对象,确定了原油乳状液最佳制备条件:搅拌转速900 r/min、搅拌时间10 min。通过瓶试法进行了7种水溶性破乳剂与7种油溶性破乳剂的初选与复配实验,最终确定最佳的破乳剂为BC-01。考察了预脱水剂与破乳剂的协同作用,结果表明,预脱水剂的加入能提升油溶性破乳剂的脱水性能。最后通过药剂浓度与脱水温度优化,确定了两种药剂的最佳质量浓度破乳剂为70 mg/L、预脱水剂为15 mg/L;最佳脱水温度为70℃。现场应用结果表明,优选出的破乳剂与脱水条件可使乳状液获得较好的脱水效果。 Taking crude oil from a central processing station in Sinopec Northwest Oilfield as the research object,the optimal preparation conditions for emulsion are determined as follows:stirring speed is 900 r·m^(-1)inand stirring time is 10 min.The primary selection and compounding experiments on seven water-soluble demulsifiers and seven oil-soluble demulsifiers are carried out through bottle test method,and finally BC-01 is determined as the best demulsifier.The synergetic effect of pre-dehydrant and demulsifier is also considered.Experimental results show that the addition of pre-dehydrant can improve the dehydration performance of oil-soluble demulsifier.Through the optimization experiment on reagent concentration and dehydration temperature,the optimal concentrations of two reagents are determined as follows:demulsifier concentration is 70 mg·L^(-1),pre-dehydrant concentration is 15 mg·L^(-1),and the optimal dehydration temperature is 70℃.The optimized demulsifier and dehydration conditions are applied in the field,which makes the emulsion get better dehydration effect.
