某钢厂高炉煤气精脱硫系统运行中存在的问题及解决措施

摘要 某钢铁厂在高炉煤气脱硫处理中采用中低温催化水解有机硫+湿法吸收无机硫工艺。在工程运行过程中,暴露出煤气夹带、循环泵跳停、催化剂外流、出口硫偶有超标等若干问题。针对问题产生的原因逐一梳理分析,在保证工期不变和经济成本最小化的基础上,采取优化措施,保证系统正常运行,尾气达标排放。 A certain steel plant employs the medium and low temperature catalytic hydrolysis of organic sulfur and wet absorption of inorganic sulfur processes in desulfurization of blast furnace gas.However,some problems are exposed during actual operation,such as entrainment of gas,jumping and stopping of circulating pump,outflow of catalyst and occasional over-standard of sulfur at outlet.Through combing and analyzing the causes of the problems one by one,and the optimization measures are adopted to ensure the normal operation of the system and the emission of tail gas up to standard on the basis of ensuring the same construction period and minimizing the economic cost.
