摘要
在Ni/W-USY/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂中分别引入ZSM-5分子筛、ZSM-22分子筛、SAPO-11分子筛、β分子筛,考察分子筛类型对重质费托蜡加氢裂化催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明,分子筛类型可改变催化剂的酸性质和孔道性质,从而影响重质费托蜡加氢裂化反应温度窗口、转化率;具有一维直孔道结构的SAPO-11和ZSM-22分子筛在加氢裂化反应中表现出优异的重质蜡转化率、轻质燃料油选择性,有效抑制了轻烃的二次裂解,降低了干气和液化气的选择性;ZSM-22分子筛在高转化率下抑制二次裂解性能尤为突出。
ZSM-5,ZSM-22,SAPO-11,andβzeolites are respectively added in Ni/W-USY/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts to investigate the effects of the zeolites on the performance of the catalysts in hydrocracking of Fischer Tropsch wax.The result indicates that the zeolites can change the acidity and pore properties of the catalysts,which has an important impact on the temperature window of hydrocracking reaction and the conversion of heavy wax.SAPO-11 and ZSM-22 zeolites,both with one-dimensional straight channel structure,can effectively inhibit the over cracking of light hydrocarbons,reduce the selectivity of dry gas and liquefied gas,and show an excellent reaction performance in conversion of heavy Fischer Tropsch wax and light fuel oil selectivity.Compared with SAPO-11 zeolite,ZSM-22 zeolite shows better inhibition to over cracking at a high conversion of heavy Fischer Tropsch wax.
