基于P+R的封闭化工园区接驳停车场规划与设计

摘要 分析了化工园区周边环境、道路条件及交通流量等影响因素,综合考虑停车需求以及现有停车场资源,对化工园区周围接驳停车场进行选址以及布局。以南京江北新材料科技园为例,提出P+R设施的规划设计方案,为化工园区封闭化管理后的P+R设施建设提供理论依据。 In the process of closed management and construction of chemical industrial park,P+R facility for employee park-and-ride is an important step in the closed management.Based on field research,current situation around the chemical industrial park,road conditions,traffic flow and other influencing factors are analyzed,the parking demand and existing parking lot resources are considered comprehensively,the site selection and layout of interchange parking are performed around the chemical industrial park.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example,the planning and design scheme for P+R facilities is proposed,providing a theoretical basis for the construction of P+R facilities in the chemical industrial parks that proceed the closed management.
