摘要
通过对化工园区交通特征的分析,从过境绕越、出入均衡、内部规范3个方面出发,采取过境通道外绕以及设置卡口、接驳停车场和危化品车辆专用道等措施实现对车辆和人员的引导与管控。以南京江北新材料科技园为例,提出针对性改善方案,为国内外其他化工园区封闭管理区域交通系统优化提供了理论依据和经验借鉴。
Based on the analysis on the traffic characteristics of chemical industrial park and started from the perspectives of transit bypass,access balance,and inner regulation,the measurements such as external bypass for transit passage,setting up bayonet,connecting parking lots and hazardous chemicals vehicle lanes are implemented to realize the guidance and control of vehicles and staff.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example,the targeted improvement program is proposed,aiming to provide some theoretical basis and experience references for the optimization of traffic system in closed management area of other chemical industrial parks in the world.
