摘要
综述了厌氧生物反应器盐度驯化影响因素,如微量元素、pH和温度等,介绍了反应器的驯化方法与用于检测微生物菌群的分子生物学技术,并总结了各检测技术的特点及优缺点,分别阐述了UASB、AnMBR 2种反应器处理高盐废水的研究进展,展望了今后厌氧生物法处理高盐废水的研究方向。
The factors influencing salinity acclimation to anaerobic bioreactor,such as pH,temperature and trace elements,are reviewed.Both the acclimation method and the molecular biology technique used to detect microbial flora are introduced.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each detection technique are summarized.Research progress in UASB and AnMBR reactors for treating with hypersaline wastewater is described.The research direction of anaerobic biological method for treatment of hypersaline wastewater is prospected.
