微比例情况下上软下硬地层段施工盾构机姿态控制研究

摘要 文章以深圳地铁13号线二期(北延)出段线隧道工程为背景,叙述一种土压平衡盾构施工中微比例情况下的上软下硬地层中盾构机姿态控制的施工技术。该控制方法在施工中通过对地质情况、参数、测量、管片选型及成型管片等多方因素分析,探究得出轴线偏差产生的原因,并针对偏差原因制定解决方案,使姿态失控问题得到成功解决,为类似地质情况姿态失控问题提供一个可供参考的解决方案。 This article takes the tunnel project of the second phase(northern extension)of Shenzhen metro line 13 as the background and describes construction technology for controlling the attitude of shield tunneling machines in the upper-soft and lower-hard strata under micro proportion conditions in earth pressure balance shield construction.This control method analyzes various factors such as geological conditions,parameters,measurements,pipe segment selection,and formed pipe segments during construction;explores and figures out the causes of axis deviation;and formulates solutions based on the causes of deviation,successfully solving the loss of control of attitude and providing a reference solution for similar geological situations.
