深埋高水压管片拼装隧道防水体系研究

摘要 文章通过理论分析、数值计算和工程案例分析对深埋高水压管片拼装隧道防水体系和工程措施进行研究。高水压管片拼装隧道防水首先应该建立在对水压力正确认识和合理选取的基础上,并因地制宜、刚柔并济地建立防水体系。管片作为承担地下水压力的结构,其接缝密封垫是管片防水体系的重要一环,应根据工况合理制定技术标准,管片的注浆孔等防水薄弱部分需采取多道设防的工程措施。相关经验可为其他类似隧道工程防水施工提供参考和借鉴。 This article employs theoretical analysis,numerical calculations,and engineering case studies on the waterproofing system and engineering measures for deeply buried high hydraulic pressure pipe segmented tunnel.The waterproofing of high hydraulic pressure pipe segmented tunnel should first be established on the basis of correctly understanding water pressure and reasonable selection,and the waterproofing system should be installed according to the local conditions to be as rigid and/or flexible as needed.As a structure required to bear the pressure of underground water,the segment sealing gasket is an important part of the waterproofing system,and the technical standards should be practically formulated according to the working conditions.The weak part of waterproofing such as grouting holes of pipe sheet needs to take multi-channel defensive engineering measures.It provides reference for similar projects.
