摘要
目前深圳市轨道交通牵引网大部分采用的是架空接触网+钢轨回流的形式,其中地下段采用架空刚性接触网,地面及车辆段采用架空柔性接触网。架空刚性接触网具有结构简单、安装方便、运营维护工作量小、安全可靠性高等优点,在越来越多的线路中被广泛采用,所以架空刚性接触网技术参数的设置尤为重要,文章提出一种“V”字波折线布置方式,并将每个锚段的最大拉出值所在悬挂点设置为中心锚结,以有效避免实际运营中汇流排线夹卡滞汇流排的情况,降低磨耗及减少接触网不均匀磨损等问题,从而确保受电弓与接触网系统的安全可靠运行。
Currently,the traction network of Shenzhen urban rail transit mostly adopts the form of the OCS+track return,with rigid OCS used in underground sections and flexible OCS used in ground lines and depots.The rigid OCS has the advantages of a simplified structure,installation,and operation maintenance workload;as well as high safety and reliability,and is widely used in more and more metro lines.Therefore,determining the technical parameters for rigid OCS is particularly important.This article proposes a V-wave folded line layout,and sets the suspension point where the maximum stagger value of each anchor section is located as the central anchor to effectively avoid situations where the busbar clamps block the busbar in actual operations,reduce abrasion and uneven wear of the OCS,and thereby improve the safe and reliable operation between the pantograph and the OCS.
