丙烯制冷压缩机组控制系统改造总结

摘要 榆林能化公司丙烯制冷压缩机组2008年投入运行,压缩机组控制系统存在防喘振设计余量过剩问题。正常运行时防喘振开度过大,造成驱动蒸汽浪费,且需要DCS操作人员连续调节,劳动强度过大。控制系统改造通过实测喘振点,重新设置防喘振曲线,实现最低转速、最小防喘振开度下全自动性能控制。机组控制系统改造后,实现节能创效、降低碳排放,蒸汽消耗大幅下降,操作人员劳动强度明显下降。 The propylene refrigeration compressor unit of Yulin Energy and Chemical company was put into operation in 2008,and the control system of the compressor unit has the problem of excess anti surge design allowance.During normal operation,the anti surge opening is too large,resulting in a waste of driving steam,which requires continuous adjustment by DCS operators,and the labor intensity is too high.The control system is retrofitted by measuring the surge point and resetting the anti surge curve to realize full automatic performance control at the lowest speed and the lowest anti surge opening.After the retrofit of the unit control system,energy conservation and efficiency creation are achieved,carbon emissions are reduced,steam consumption is significantly reduced,and the labor intensity of operators is significantly reduced.
