In the commissioning process of centrifugal nitrogen compressor, there are some problems affecting the normal start-up and operation of the unit, such as the vibration value of the variable speed gearbox bearing and the high pressure cylinder bearing exceeding the standard, the carbon ring seal is broken, and the high temperature alarm of the thrust pad. This paper summarizes the problems encountered in the commissioning process and the countermeasures taken.
