This paper expounds the main reasons for the short operation period of the 6M50 air and hydrogen-nitrogen combined compressor in the synthetic ammonia plant of Sichuan Meifeng Fertilizer Branch Company,introduces the improvement measures in detail,and proposes a reference plan for improving the continuous operation period of the reciprocating compressor.
