阳双室浮动床运行压差高的原因分析

摘要 海洋石油富岛有限公司500 t/h脱盐水装置,采用离子交换法除盐工艺制取二级脱盐水过程中,阳双室浮动床出现运行压差高、树脂层局部结块、进水流量缓慢下降等异常现象,通过分析阳双室浮动床运行压差高的原因,提出了针对性改进措施,有效解决了阳双室浮动床运行压差高及其引发的一系列问题,确保了装置的安稳长优运行。 In the process of producing secondary desalinated water by ion exchange desalination process of 500t/h desalination unit in Offshore Oil Fudao Company, abnormal phenomena such as high operating pressure difference, local agglomeration of resin layer, and slow decline in influent flow occurred in the cationic double-chamber floating bed. By analyzing the reasons for high operating pressure difference of the cationic double-chamber floating bed, targeted improvement measures are put forward,high operating pressure difference of the cationic double-chamber floating bed and a series of problems caused by it are effectively solved, stable, long-term and optimal operation of the unit are ensured.
