In the process of producing secondary desalinated water by ion exchange desalination process of 500t/h desalination unit in Offshore Oil Fudao Company, abnormal phenomena such as high operating pressure difference, local agglomeration of resin layer, and slow decline in influent flow occurred in the cationic double-chamber floating bed. By analyzing the reasons for high operating pressure difference of the cationic double-chamber floating bed, targeted improvement measures are put forward,high operating pressure difference of the cationic double-chamber floating bed and a series of problems caused by it are effectively solved, stable, long-term and optimal operation of the unit are ensured.
