基于虚拟发动机模型的柴油机喷油控制策略仿真测试

摘要 在ECU开发过程中V型开发流程被广泛采用,模型在环仿真测试是V模式中的一个重要过程。为了在ECU开发早期有效避免模型错误,提高ECU开发效率,降低成本,基于六缸共轨柴油机模型建立了柴油机喷油控制策略模型在环仿真测试系统。此仿真系统主要包括2部分:柴油机喷油控制策略和六缸共轨柴油机模型。首先通过试验数据和模拟数据的对比,验证了六缸柴油机模型的正确性,再将此发动机模型应用于柴油机喷油控制策略模型在环仿真系统,以验证该控制策略的稳态和瞬态控制功能。 V mode is widely used in the ECU development process,and the model in the loop simulation test is a very important process.In order to effectively avoid the errors in the demand stage and the model in the early stage of ECU development,improve the development efficiency of ECU and reduce the cost,it established the diesel engine injection control strategy model in the loop of 6-cylinder diesel engine model.The simulation system consists of two parts:diesel engine injection control strategy and the model of 6-cylinder diesel engine.Firstly,the correctness of the 6-cylinder diesel engine model is verified by comparing the test data with the simulation data,and then the engine model is applied to the model-in-the-loop test system of the 6-cylinder diesel engine injection control strategy model.The stability and transient control function of diesel injection strategy are verified in this simulation system.
