摘要
研究了宽域氧传感器的工作原理以及加热方法,重点介绍了宽域氧传感器加热系统图以及加热控制信号图,同时对加热信号控制流程进行了阐述。通过氧传感器监测系统,可以实时显示氧传感器探头温度、空燃比等相关参数,实现智能化平台管控,为进一步工程化奠定基础。
The working principle and heating method of wide range oxygen sensor are studied,the heating system diagram and heating control signal diagram of wide range oxygen sensor are mainly introduced.At the same time,the control flow of heating signal is described.Through oxygen sensor monitoring system,the related parameters of oxygen sensor probe temperature and air fuel ratio value were displayed in real time,the intelligent platform management and control was realized.The study results have certain value in engineering application.
