摘要
随着节能减排要求的不断提高,柴油机电控高压共轨技术作为一项重要节能减排技术,近年来得到了内燃机领域的广泛关注。通过对共轨喷油器关键零部件(包括控制阀、喷油器体及孔板)的优化设计,提升了共轨喷油器的性能和喷射精度,减少了运动件的冲击力,提高了产品的寿命和一致性。
With the continuous strict requirements of energy saving and emission reduction,the electronically controlled high-pressure common rail technology of diesel engine has received important attention in the field of engine in recent years.Key parts of the common rail injector(including control valve,injector body and orifice plate)are optimized to improve the performance and injection accuracy of the common rail injector,reduce the impact force of moving parts,enhance the lifetime and consistency of the product.
