摘要
首先采用近似的方法将VE型机械分配泵(以下简称VE泵)的提前器活塞、滚轮座和蜡式冷启动装置(以下简称W-CSD)的实体模型转化为几何模型,然后分别计算了提前器活塞行程与滚轮座转角、滚轮座转角与W-CSD扭簧转角、W-CSD扭簧转角和活塞升程两两之间的几何关系。最后结合W-CSD的温度特性,计算出不同温度下,提前器活塞、滚轮座和W-CSD之间的运动传递关系,给W-CSD的安装和调试提供了理论指导依据。
The solid models of lead piston,roller seat and wax cold start device(W-CSD)of VE type distribution pump are simplified into geometric models by using an approximate method,and then the geometric relations between piston stroke and roller seat rotation angle,roller seat rotation angle and W-CSD torsional spring angle,W-CSD torsional spring rotation angle and piston lift are calculated respectively.Finally,the temperature characteristics of W-CSD,the motion transfer relationship between the piston,roller seat and W-CSD at different temperatures were studied.This provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the installation and debugging of W-CSD.
