摘要
通过对J1939协议转矩与转速控制(TSC)原理的研究,提出了发动机转矩与转速控制相关的控制策略,依托公司现有的发动机电子控制单元(ECU)平台,设计了符合J1939协议的发动机转矩与转速控制系统,在发动机和测试环境上完成了相应的试验。应用试验表明:该TSC控制的通讯实时性好、可靠性高,不仅能够满足实际需要,而且具有较强的移植性、扩展性,在工程机械和农业装备、固定电站的发动机控制系统中具有通用性。
Based on the principle of J1939 protocol torque and speed control(TSC),the control strategy related to engine torque and speed control is presented.Relying on the existing engine ECU platform of the company,the engine torque and speed control system conforming to J1939 protocol is designed,and the corresponding experiments on the engine and test environment are completed.The experimental results showed that the TSC control has good real-time performance and high reliability,which can not only met the actual needs,but also has a strong portability and scalability.The research results can also be applied in the engine control system of other construction and agricultural equipment,and stationary power systems.
