摘要
基于某传统商用车,进行模拟搭载启动和发电一体(BSG)电机、48 V电池、高低压直流电源转换设备(DC/DC)等部件构建48 V轻度混合动力系统。利用GT-SUITE软件对48 V轻度混合动力商用车进行中国重型商用车检测(CHTC-HT)工况的经济性仿真计算研究。计算研究表明,与传统车相比48 V轻度混合动力商用车综合百公里油耗下降10.11%,其中启停模式节油6.81%,助力模式节油3.30%。通过能量对比分析,在CHTC-HT循环工况中48 V轻度混合动力商用车综合油耗下降的主要原因是,在整车减速制动时,部分制动能量通过BSG电机回收,回收比例达到55.2%。
A traditional commercial vehicle is simulated with the BSG motor,48 V battery,DC/DC and other components to build a48 V mild hybrid power system.Make the economic simulation research of 48 V mild hybrid commercial vehicle for the CHTC-HT cycle based on GT-SUITE software.The calculation research shows that the comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers of the48 V mild hybrid commercial vehicle has decreased by 10.11%,compared with the traditional vehicle.Among them,the start-stop mode saves 6.81%and the power-assisted mode saves 3.30%.The main reason for fuel consumption decrease of 48 V mild hybrid commercial vehicle in CHTC-HT cycle is that part of the braking energy is recovered through BSG motor,and the recovery ratio reaches55.2%during deceleration braking.
