长江经济带城市群经济关联、空间溢出与经济增长

Economic Correlation,Spatial Spillover and Economic Growth of City Groups in the Yangtze River Economic Zone

以"长江经济带"建设为背景,在长江经济带城市群2007年至2016年70个主要城市面板数据的基础上,运用空间计量分析方法及广义熵值法,研究三大城市群之间的经济关联、生产要素的空间溢出效应和要素禀赋差异。实证研究结果表明,长江经济带城市群之间呈现出极强的空间相关性和空间集聚性特征;投入要素的增加对地区经济增长产生较强的推动作用,而地方政府干预市场能力的增强则会产生负面的影响;第三产业发展、外商直接投资受地区限制较小,空间溢出效应更加明显;城市间经济投入要素熵值和人均GDP分布结果基本一致。

Taking the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the background,this paper uses spatial econometric and generalized entropy method to study the regional economic relationships,spatial spillover effects and endowment differences of production factors based on the panel data of 70 major cities in the city groups of the Yangtze River Economic zone from 2007 to2016.The results demonstrate that:There are strong spatial correlation and clustering effect among those city groups,and the increase of input factors accelerates regional economic growth while the regional economic growth is hindered by the government intervention;tertiary industry and foreign direct investment are less restricted by region and the spatial spillover effect is more obvious;the distribution per capita and the regional entropy of production factors are basically the same.Based on this,it is proposed to further release the spatial spillover effect of the factors of production between urban clusters,promote the deep integration and development of cities throughout the Yangtze River basin,and focus on eliminating local protectionism.
