摘要 近期的研究表明,在肌肉损伤或病变中,肌肉干细胞的活性与炎症反应有密切的关系。肌肉干细胞可以被参与炎症反应的多种免疫细胞及细胞因子调控,从而进行增殖或分化。该文概述了肌肉再生过程中炎症反应调控肌肉干细胞活性的研究进展,总结了肌肉损伤或病理条件下,炎症反应调控肌肉干细胞的分子和细胞机制。 Increasing amount of data from recent researches have revealed frequent crosstalk between muscle stem cells and inflammation.Proliferation and differentiation of muscle stem cells post muscle injury are closely correlated to the progress of inflammations occurred upon injury.This review will summarize the recent progress about the communications between muscle stem cells and immune cells involved in inflammation and the regulatory mechanism of cytokines on muscle stem cell behaviors during muscle regeneration.This will help us to further understand the tightly orchestrated muscle regeneration process.
