互联网+防艾警示性宣传教育模式下微信公众号关注人群特征及艾滋病知识知晓情况

Characteristics and awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge among users of wechat public platform of internet+ HIV/AIDS warning publicity and education

目的了解互联网+防艾警示性宣传教育模式微信公众号关注人群特征及艾滋病知识知晓情况,为制定精准防艾宣传教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用双向反馈防艾宣传教育激励机制基于互联网云平台设计开发移动应用终端系统微信公众号"广西防艾宣传管理平台"(简称公众号),建立微信群及培训专业防艾宣传员并通过他们发展线下业余防艾宣传员,向受众推送防艾警示性宣传教育资讯,基于公众号后台程序采集关注人群性别、年龄、参与问卷调查、阅读防艾资讯等数据进行统计分析研究。结果 (1)公众号关注人群除广西本土外还能覆盖广西实时流动到全国各地人群;(2)关注人群涉及各年龄段成年人,30~49岁占42.6%、50岁以上占33.9%,男女年龄段分布差异有统计学意义(χ^2=40.779,P <0.001);(3)艾滋病知识问卷调查100 580人,8个关键问题回答正确率在59%~92%之间,不同性别、年龄段关注人群差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001);(4)防艾资讯有效阅读比例在47%~83%之间。结论互联网+防艾警示性宣传教育模式影响快速、覆盖各年龄性别成年人群,是一项实用、便捷、有效的防艾宣传教育新模式。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge among the users of wechat public platform of internet + HIV/AIDS warning publicity and education, and to provide basis for developing AIDS education and intervention measures. Methods Based on the wechat public platform "Guangxi HIV/AIDS Prevention and Publicity Management Platform", the data of the users such as gender, age, participation in questionnaire survey, and reading the information on AIDS prevention were collected and analyzed. Results(1) The users of the wechat public platform came from all provinces of China.(2) The main group was adults, with statistically significant differences in age distribution between men and women(χ^2=40.779, P < 0.001).(3) A questionnaire survey on AIDS knowledge was conducted among 100 580 people, and the correct answer rate of eight key questions was between 59% and 92%. The differences of AIDS knowledge among the users in gender and age were statistically significant(P < 0.001).(4) The effective reading rate of different topics of AIDS information on the wechat public platform was 47-83%. Conclusion Internet+ HIV/AIDS warning publicity and education model is effective and covers the adults of different age groups and genders, which is practical, and convenient for AIDS prevention and education.
