北京市男男性行为者梅毒预防知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

Awareness of syphilis prevention knowledge and related factors among men who have sex with men in Beijing

目的了解北京市男男性行为者(MSM)梅毒预防知识知晓情况及影响因素。方法采用同伴推动抽样(RDS)法招募MSM 600人,进行面对面问卷调查和艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒检测。采用复杂抽样的Logistic回归模型分析梅毒预防知识知晓率的影响因素。结果 MSM年龄均数35.10岁(标准差10.17岁),梅毒预防知识知晓率为84.06%[95%可信区间(CI):80.36%~87.76%],其中正确率在80%以下的为"一个看上去健康的人会是梅毒病人吗?""孕妇感染梅毒会传染给胎儿吗?"和"与梅毒病人一起吃饭、握手等日常接触会传播梅毒吗?"。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,对梅毒预防知识知晓有统计学意义的影响因素包括:文化程度(高中及以上者知晓情况为初中及以下者的1.80倍,95%CI:1.03~3.12)、艾滋病预防知识知晓情况(知晓者为不知晓者的6.19倍,95%CI:2.84~13.52)。结论北京市MSM梅毒预防知识知晓率有待提高,应加强与HIV防控的结合,加强宣传教育,重点提高低文化水平者的梅毒预防知识水平。

Objective To explore the awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge and related factors among men who have sex with men(MSM). Methods 600 MSM were recruited through the respondent-driven sampling method for a face-to-face interview with structured questionnaire, followed by HIV and syphilis tests. The factors affecting the syphilis prevention knowledge awareness were analyzed by logistic of complex sampling. Results The average age of the MSM was 35.10±10.17 years. The awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge was 84.06%(95%CI: 80.36%-87.76%). Less than 80% could accurately answer the questions on "Can a healthy person be a syphilis patient?", "Is pregnant woman infected with syphilis transmitted to the fetus?" and "Does daily contact with syphilis patients spread syphilis?" The top three ways to get syphilis prevention knowledge were from friends, internet and public education. Those with education of high school and above had awareness of 1.80(95%CI: 1.03-3.12) times than those with lower educational background. Those aware of HIV knowledge had syphilis prevention knowledge of 6.19(95%CI: 2.84-13.52) times than those unaware. Conclusion MSM in Beijing needs to increase their syphilis knowledge awareness. It’s necessary to combine HIV and syphilis prevention knowledge and strengthen the publicity and education among MSM, esp. those with lower level of education.
