摘要
目的从系统用户体验角度评估"云南省艾滋病抗病毒治疗信息管理系统"对治疗工作的作用。方法主要采用"用户体验度量标准化工具整体评估可用性(PSSUQ)问卷"进行评估。结果向244个机构的416个用户推送问卷,收回191个机构的322份有效问卷,机构应答率为78.3%,问卷回收率为77.4%。在有效问卷中,PSSUQ人均得分25.27(13.62~36.92)分,其中系统质量维度人均9.42分、信息质量维度人均9.78分、界面质量维度人均4.59分。题目单项平均得分和四个维度得分均低于PSSUQ最佳基准。416个用户平均每0.9(0.36~2.38)天登录系统一次。97.8%的用户认为系统提高了工作效率,并主观认为系统帮助全省节省了334工作人力,96.6%的用户认为系统使治疗或管理更规范。结论用户认为系统质量、信息质量和界面使用体验度是优秀的、足够的,是高效的、能节省人力的。
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical practice and management of "Yunnan information management system of HIV/AIDS antiretroviral therapy" from the perspective of user experience. Methods The user experience measurement standardization tool, PSSUQ(post-study system usability questionnaire) were used for the evaluation. Results 416 users of 244 institutions got the questionnaires, and 322 valid questionnaires from 191 institutions were collected with the rate of 78.3% from institutions and 77.4% individuals respectively. The average score of PSSUQ per person was 25.27(13.62-36.92), including 9.42 per person in the system usefulness, 9.78 per person in information quality, and 4.59 per person in interface quality. The average score of the topics and the four dimensions scored were lower than the PSSUQ benchmark. The 416 users logged in the system once at an average of 0.9(0.36-2.38) day. 97.8% of the users said the system improved efficiency of the work, and believed that the system helped save 334 workers and 96.6 % users thought that the system made treatment more standardized. Conclusion The users believe that the system is adequate, efficient and labor-saving, and their frequent login action based on the login records suggests they are rely on the system in their routine management of ART.
