溴化锂热泵管束腐蚀分析

摘要 通过对溴化锂机组发生器换热管束的取样失效分析,得出腐蚀原因是氧气的侵入导致溴化锂溶液缓蚀剂的耗尽,伴随溴化锂溶液的不断劣化,最终导致了不锈钢换热管束的局部点蚀穿孔。本文的分析结论提出了针对性的措施,为后续操作维护提供了可靠依据,以确保装置的安全运行。 According to the failure analysis of lithium bromide heat pump,cause of corrosion is the oxygen intrusion.Oxygen consumes the inhibiter of lithium bromide solution.With the deterioration of lithium bromide solution,it leads to pitting corrosion and perforation of tube bundle.The countermeasure to prevent corrosion was suggested to ensure stable operation of equipment.
