摘要
根据安全阀的结构作用形式,在易燃易爆、有毒有害介质且排放工况带附加背压力的使用环境中,优先选用先导式安全阀。先导式安全阀不同的结构形式,其整定压力受附加背压力的影响有所不同,本文从先导式安全阀的结构形式着手具体分析其原因,并通过自建的安全阀型式试验装置进行附加背压力性能比对试验验证,以提出相应的选型注意事项。
According to the structure of the safety valve,pilot-operated safety valves are preferentially used in flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful media with superimposed back pressure when relieving.The set pressure of pilot safety valve is affected differently by superimposed back pressure in different structure.This paper analyzes reasons on the structure of the pilot-operated safety valve and verifies the result by performance comparison test of superimposed back pressure on safety valve type test device,so as to put forward the corresponding matters in selection.
