斯特林空气热机优化改进研究

摘要 本文针对目前斯特林空气热机实验仪测量力矩与P-V图不准确的问题,利用新的测量原理并重新设计实验方案,具体为:利用弹力差测力矩大小,并用MATLAB软件计算P-V图中的像素点来精确计算P-V图的面积,以此计算出空气热机实验中的总功率、阻力功率、机械能功率和散热功率。用功率的方差大小来验证新方案测量力矩的准确性与可重复性,实验结果证明,改进后的实验仪器更加准确、稳定。 This paper addressed the problems of inaccurate torque and P-V diagram measured by the current Stirling air heat engine tester.The new measurement principle and the experimental scheme were redesigned.The total power,resistance power,mechanical energy power and heat dissipation power in the air-engine experiment were calculated by measuring the magnitude of the moment using the elasticity difference and calculating the pixel points in the P-V diagram with MATLAB software,which provided accurate value of the area of P-V diagram.The magnitude of the variance of the power was employed for verifying the accuracy and repeatability of the new scheme for measuring torque.The experimental results proved that the optimized apparatus was more accurate and stable.
