工业锅炉水处理节能方法探讨

摘要 伴随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,工业锅炉的使用量不断增加,而企业为提高经济效益,降低日常经营管理成本,也在逐步推行精细运营,节能降耗已成为各行业的基本共识。但在我国工业锅炉使用环节,锅炉水问题十分突出,锅炉水质量通常无法满足锅炉长期连续使用需求,并存在能耗大、水资源浪费严重等现象。因此,相关企业与从业科研人员应不断加大工业锅炉水处理检验,并寻找更为有效的节能措施,减少工业锅炉运行使用环节的水资源浪费,并提高工业锅炉的运行效能。在本文中,将会针对工业锅炉水处理检验及节能方法进行初步探讨,希望借此可对相关从业人员起到一定借鉴作用。 With the rapid development of our social economy,industrial boiler usage is increasing.In order to improve economic benefit,reduce the daily operation and management cost,enterprises are also gradually implementing lean operation.So,energy saving has become a basic consensus in each industry.However,in China's industrial boiler use,the boiler water is a very serious problem.Boiler water quality can not usually meet the long-term continuous use of boiler demand,and there are some problems such as large energy consumption,serious waste of water resources.Therefore,relevant enterprises and scientific researchers should continuously increase the water treatment inspection of industrial boilers,and find more effective energy-saving measures,reduce the waste of water resources in the operation and use of industrial boilers,and improve the operation efficiency of industrial boilers.In this paper,the author will conduct a preliminary discussion on the industrial boiler water treatment inspection and energy saving methods,hoping to play a certain reference value for relevant practitioners.
