摘要
对某3吨柴油叉车的固有频率分别进行模型的有限元模态分析、整车振动加速度测试,发现怠速时车体的固有频率与发动机的激振频率不存在共振,设计的发动机和车架之间连接减振垫的隔震效果差是导致该3吨柴油叉车怠速时振动大的原因。
The finite element modal analysis of the model and the vibration bench test of a 3-ton diesel forklift were carried out.It is found that there is no resonance between the natural frequency of the vehicle body and the excitation frequency of the engine at idle speed,and the poor vibration isolation effect of the damping pad connected between the engine and the frame is the reason for the large vibration of the 3-ton diesel forklift at idle speed.
