Discussion of Safety Pressure Margin of Still Kettle from the Perspective of Personal Security

本文在前人对快开门压力容器安全余压研究的基础上进行了进一步细化,整理了蒸压釜的人身伤害安全余压计算公式,并考虑了冲击波对人体的伤害,在这两者的基础上对蒸压釜的安全余压进行了讨论,为蒸压釜安全余压的设定提供了依据,也为TSG 21—2016中规定的其他快开门压力容器的安全联锁装置检测压力的设定方法提供了途径。

Based on the former research of safety pressure margins of quick-opening pressure vessels,this paper derived the personal injury safety pressure margins formula of still kettle,considered the damage of the shock wave to human body,and discussed the safety pressure margins.This paper provided a basis for the setting of still kettle's safe pressure margins,and provided a way to calculate safety pressure margins of other quick-opening pressure vessels stipulated in TSG 21—2016.
