Analysis and Discussion on the Formation of Widmanstatten Structure in the Main Steam Pipeline of a Power Station Boiler

笔者在对某电站锅炉主蒸汽管道进行金相检测抽查过程中发现存在魏氏体组织,本文根据设备情况、魏氏体组织的状态等信息,总结了形成魏氏体组织的主要影响因素,分析讨论了该主蒸汽管道魏氏体组织形成的原因,最后,从使用、制造、检验提出了建议,以供行业同人参考。

The author found the existence of widmanstatten structure in the process of metallographic inspection of the main steam pipe of a power plant boiler.According to the equipment condition,the state of widmanstatten structure and other information,this paper summarized the main influencing factors for the formation of widmanstatten structure,analyzed and discussed the reasons for the formation of widmanstatten structure in the main steam pipe.Finally,suggestions were put forward from the use,manufacture and inspection for the reference of colleagues.
