摘要
随着经济全球化和物流行业的不断发展,海运成为发展最快的行业之一。海运的发展离不开港口机械的发展,港口机械朝着大型化、重型化和智能化的方向发展,这对港口机械的各个部件提出了新的要求。现有针对金属机械的测试手段是通过检验人员定期在金属结构上粘贴临时应变片进行应力测试,然后根据采集到的数据进行分析处理,工作较繁琐,需要经常性停机,影响生产效率。因此,有必要设计一种长期监测的方案来解决问题。本文基于长期的海洋环境下应变片安装实践,提出了如何有效在港口机械安装应变片的方法及建议。
With the economic globalization and the continuous development of the logistics industry,shipping has become one of the fastest growing industries.The development of shipping is inseparable from the development of port machinery,which is developing in the direction of largescale,heavy and intelligent.This puts forward new requirements for the various parts of the port machinery.The existing testing means for the metal mechanism is that the inspectors regularly stick temporary strain gauges on the metal structure for stress testing,and then analyze and deal with the collected data,which is tedious and requires frequent downtime,affecting production efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to design a long-term monitoring scheme to solve the problem.Based on the long-term practice of strain gauge installation in marine environment,this paper puts forward the methods and suggestions on how to install strain gauge effectively in port machinery.
