Analysis on Influence Factor of Discharge Performance of Safety Valve with Double Adjusting Rings

安全阀排量性能是安全阀重要的技术指标之一。排量性能与动作性能有关,动作性能技术指标如排放压力、开启高度及回座压力又与调节圈位置有关。本文通过一起检验案例,具体分析双调节圈安全阀动作性能合格但排量性能却不合格的原因,并提出相应的防范措施及注意事项。

Discharge performance is one of the critical technical indicators of safety valve,it is related to the action performance of safety valve.The action performance such as relieving pressure,lift,and reseating pressure are related to the postion of the adjusting ring.This paper analyzes the reason why the discharge performance is not qualified when the action performace of safety valve with double adjusting rings is qualified,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures and matters needing attention.
