摘要
镍基粗晶焊缝具有晶粒粗大的特点,且焊缝存在各向异性,检测时会造成超声波信号严重衰减,影响超声波检测的信噪比,常规的超声检测无法实施。为了解决这一难题,本文通过对镍基粗晶材料特性、材料声速和材料衰减等方面的研究,探索全聚焦相控阵超声检测技术在镍基粗晶焊缝上的检测应用,设计了镍基粗晶焊缝超声波检测试块,并对其进行检测工艺综合评价实验。该方法取得了良好的效果。
Nickel-based coarse grained weld with coarse grain bulky anisotropic characteristics,cause serious attenuation of ultrasonic,influence the signal-to-noise ratio of detection,ultrasonic testing can not be implemented.To solve this problem,this article through to the material properties,material sound velocity and attenuation of research,exploring the whole focus on phased array ultrasonic testing technology on nickel-based weld inspection application,design the piece of nickel-based weld ultrasonic testing and comprehensive evaluation of its testing technology experiment.This method has obtained the good effect.
