电站锅炉检验记录的绘图规范

随着我国电力行业的发展,电站锅炉参数越来越高,结构越来越复杂,检验检测方法也日新月异,电站锅炉的检验记录也越来越繁杂。但目前检验记录中的绘图方法没有统一的规范或标准,检验人员主要根据自己的记录习惯和认识来绘制检验检测示意图,造成检验记录绘图方法和标识不统一。针对该问题,本文以目前较为普遍的垃圾电站锅炉为例,对检验记录中的绘图规范进行了探索性的阐述,并提供了参考性建议。

With the development of China’s power industry,the parameters of power plant boilers are getting higher and higher,the structure is becoming more and more complex,the inspection and detection methods are also changing rapidly,and the inspection records of power plant boilers are becoming more and more complicated.However,there is no unified specification or standard for the drawing method of inspection records at present.The inspectors draw the inspection test schematic diagram mainly according to their own records habits and understanding,resulting in the inconsistency of the drawing method and identification of inspection records.In view of this problem,this paper takes the garbage power plant boiler as an example to explore the drawing specification in the inspection record,and provides reference suggestions.
