通过对超超临界锅炉机组P92焊缝的金相组织异常案例的原因分析,发现P92材料的焊接工艺、焊后热处理直接影响其焊缝的金相组织,同时金相检查过程的规范性也对能否提供合格的金相组织照片产生影响,并影响最终检查结果。

By analyzing the causes of abnormal metallographic structure of P92 weld of ultra supercritical boiler unit,it is found that the welding process and post weld heat treatment of P92 material directly affect the metallographic structure of P92 weld.At the same time,the standardization of metallographic inspection process also affects whether qualified metallographic photos can be provided and the final inspection results.
