Fault Analysis of Elevator Drum Brake

近期全国多地发生了多起因制动器失效引发的电梯事故,分析事故原因后,发现杠杆式鼓式制动器或使用类似形式制动器的主机存在安全隐患,国家市场监管总局就电梯杠杆式鼓式制动器隐患整治问题下发了专项排查治理通知,各级检验机构应该予以重视并提出相应的方案对整改后的设备进行检查并确保隐患已经排除。本文对杠杆鼓式制动器的存在的安全隐患的原因进行了梳理分析,并提出了杠杆鼓式制动器检验中的注意事项。

Recently,elevator accidents caused by multiple brake failures have occurred in many places across the country.After analyzing the causes of the accidents,it is found that there are potential safety hazards in the lever drum brake or the main engine using similar brakes.The State Administration of market supervision has issued a special investigation and Treatment Notice on the hidden problems of elevator lever drum brake,Inspection institutions at all levels shall pay attention to it and put forward corresponding plans to inspect the rectified equipment and ensure that the hidden dangers have been eliminated.This paper combs and analyzes the reasons for the potential safety hazards of the lever drum brake,and puts forward the precautions in the inspection of the lever drum brake.
