摘要
本文对一种无阀杆安全阀中的弹簧变形量与弹簧受力之间的关系及该型号无阀杆安全阀整定压力与弹簧变形量之间的关系进行了研究,发现弹簧变形量与弹簧受力之间存在线性关系,且该型号安全阀整定压力与弹簧变形量之间同样存在线性关系。根据以上结论,提出了一种新的无阀杆安全阀的在线校验方法,希望可为完善安全阀的设计、确保压力系统的平稳安全运行起到积极作用。
This paper studied the relationship between the spring deformation and the spring force in a kind of non stem safety valve,and the relationship between the set pressure and the spring deformation of this type of non stem safety valve.The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the spring deformation and the spring force,and the relationship between the set pressure and the spring deformation of this type of safety valve was linear too.According to the above conclusions,the author puted forward a new online verification method of non stem safety valve,which hoped to play a positive role in improving the design of safety valve and ensure the stable and safe operation of pressure system.
