浅析门式与桥式起重机电气保护系统的检验技术

桥式、门式起重机在工业生产中具有极为关键的作用,其应用数量也在持续增加,同时安全事故发生起数也在持续攀升。而起重机的电气保护系统能在事故可能发生前起关键保护作用,所以,在对门式、桥式起重机进行实际应用的时候,一定要对电气保护系统进行合理优化与设置,持续完善检验技术,确保起重机实际运行的安全性、稳定性与可靠性。本文着手于桥式、门式起重机的概述,分析其电气保护系统并且提出对其电气保护系统进行检验的相关技术,希望能够为相关工作者提供一些帮助。

In the continuous development of industrial industry,gantry crane and bridge crane are widely promoted and applied.The gantry and bridge crane plays a very important role in the industrial production.The number of its applications continues to increase,and the probability of safety accidents also continues to rise.Therefore,in the practical application of portal and bridge cranes,we must reasonably optimize and set the electrical protection system,continue to improve the inspection technology,to ensure the safety,stability and reliability of the actual operation of the crane.In this paper,the introduction of gantry and bridge crane,analysis of its electrical protection system,and put forward the electrical protection system inspection of the relevant technology,hoping to provide some help for the relevant workers.
