基于管道缺陷的漏磁信号分布规律研究

摘要 管道运输在成品油物流中发挥着巨大作用,而管道在工作状态复杂、工作环境恶劣的条件下,极易发生腐蚀甚至穿孔造成泄漏。因此,对管道运行情况实时监控,实现管道缺陷的在线检测显得十分必要。本文根据缺陷漏磁检测原理,设计了缺陷检测磁化结构,利用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell建立多种管道缺陷模型,对不同缺陷类型、不同缺陷深度、不同缺陷位置下漏磁信号分布规律进行研究。根据仿真分析结果,得到了缺陷漏磁信号分析数据及对比曲线,为管道缺陷漏磁检测技术提供理论参考,对实际缺陷检测装置的研制具有一定的指导意义。 Pipeline transport plays a huge role in the logistics of refined oil products,and pipelines are highly susceptible to corrosion and even perforation leaks under complex working conditions and harsh working environments.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor pipeline operation in real time and realise online detection of pipeline defects.In this paper,according to the principle of defect leakage magnetic detection,the magnetisation structure of defect detection is designed,and the finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell is used to establish a variety of defect models of the pipeline,and the distribution law of leakage magnetic signals under different defect types,different defect depths and different defect locations is studied.According to the simulation analysis results,the analysis data and comparison curves of the defect leakage magnetic signal are obtained,which provide theoretical reference for the pipeline defect leakage magnetic detection technology and have certain guiding significance for the development of actual defect detection devices.
