乙烯裂解炉炉管的超声导波检测信号处理研究

摘要 在特种设备检测领域,超声导波是一种重要的不可达检测手段。乙烯裂解炉炉管的长距离超声导波检测中,信号包含大量信息,因此识别缺陷信号、抑制噪声信号十分重要。本文采用了短时傅立叶变换、小波变换、经验模态分解进行信号处理。最终在超声导波信号处理中,原始信号中缺陷信息得到保留,达到降低噪声信号干扰的目的。 In the field of special equipment testing,ultrasonic guided waves are an important means of unreachable detection.In the long-distance ultrasonic guided wave detection of the ethylene cracking furnace tube,the signal contains a lot of information,so it is very important to identify the defect signal and suppress the noise signal.In this paper,short-time Fourier transform,wavelet transform,Hilbert-Huang transform are used for signal processing.Finally,in the ultrasonic guided wave signal processing,the defect information in the original signal is retained,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing noise signal interference.
