高寒地区的电梯运行风险分析与解决方法

Risk Analysis and Solution of Elevator in Cold Region

由于高寒地区特殊的气候状况与地理因素,导致部分电梯在运行过程中可能存在某种潜在风险。本文首先分析了北方冬季供暖系统对电梯安全运行的影响;其次通过分析低温对钢丝绳、部分蓄电装置、润滑部件等安全附件的影响,进而得知高寒地区电梯存在哪些安全隐患;最后对上述隐患提供了相应的解决办法,并对东北以及其他高寒地区的电梯的安装维保提出了相应建议。

Due to the special climate and geographical factors in the cold region,there may be some potential risks in the operation of some elevators.Firstly,this paper analyses the influence of heating system on elevator in winter in North China;Secondly,I analyzed the influence of low temperature environment on wire rope,some power storage devices and lubricating parts;Finally,this paper provides some solutions,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the installation and maintenance of elevators in the cold areas.
