摘要
随着射线数字成像检测标准和人员资质要求的完善,射线数字成像检测技术已在特种设备行业得到广泛应用,实现了从射线检测底片到数字化图像的转变,在提高检测效率的同时,提升了操作自动化程度。同时,随着人工智能技术的飞速发展,自动识别技术首先在医学检查和人脸识别领域实现突破应用。人工智能技术与数字射线检测图像的数字化结合,也成为射线数字成像检测的一大创新变革和必然趋势。本文针对射线数字成像检测在电站锅炉受热面部件中的使用情况,对射线数字成像检测自动评定技术的可行性和难点进行分析讨论。
With the improvement of digital radiographic imaging testing standards and personnel qualification requirements,digital radiographic imaging testing technology has been widely used in the special equipment industry,realizing the transformation from radiographic detection negatives to digital images,improving detection efficiency and enhancing the degree of operation automation.At the same time,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,automatic recognition technology first in the field of medical examination and face recognition to achieve breakthrough applications.The combination of artificial intelligence technology and digitization of digital radiographic images has also become a major innovation and inevitable trend of digital radiographic imaging detection.In this paper,the feasibility and difficulties of the automatic evaluation technology of radiographic digital imaging testing are analyzed and discussed in view of the application of radiographic digital imaging testing in the heating surface parts of power plant boiler.
