Exploration and Practice of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Special Equipment Inspection Institutions

科学技术是特检机构履行其职责的重要支撑,科技创新是引领特检事业发展的重要动力。本文从科研管理、科研团队建设、科研项目攻关、科技成果转化、实验室及四川省省级质检中心建设、创办期刊和标准化工作七个方面系统阐述了四川省特种设备检验研究院科技创新工作探索实践,以期为国内特检机构科技事业发展提供借鉴经验和思路。

Science and technology is an important support for special inspection institutions to perform their duties,and scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force to lead the development of special inspection institutions.This paper systematically expounds the exploration and practice of the scientific and technological innovation work of Sichuan Special Equipment Inspection Institute from seven aspects,namely,the scientific research management system,the construction of scientific research team,the scientific research projects,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the laboratory construction,the Journal construction and the standardization work.In order to provide reference experience and ideas for the development of national special equipment inspection institutions.
