Research on Quality Inspection and Control of Pressure Vessels in Project Quality Management

压力容器是涉及人身安全和经济安全的重要特种设备,其制造过程质量检验项次多、要求高,且对于不同类型的压力容器,检验要求差异较大,十分有必要实施项目质量检验管控,确保各项检验要求有效落实。本文以WBS方法为基础,对某压力容器项目的质量检验工作进行了WBS分解,提供了项目质量检验管控的具体实施方法,并简要介绍了质量检验风险管控、检验与试验计划编制、质量检验实施、质量检验管控改进及团队建设等内容,为压力容器类项目质量检验管控提供参考。

Pressure vessels are important special equipment related to personal safety and economic safety.There are many quality inspection items in the manufacturing process,high inspection quality requirements.For the different types of pressure vessels,the inspection requirements vary greatly.therefore,the implementation of project quality inspection and control is extremely important.Based on the WBS method,this article decomposes the quality inspection and control process of a pressure vessel project by WBS decomposition.Through the decomposition and analysis of WBS,it provides specific implementation methods of the pressure vessel project quality inspection and control process.At the same time,it briefly introduces the inspection risk management and control,The requirements for the preparation of inspection and test plans,manufacturing quality inspection and improvement methods for quality inspection and control,team building,etc.,provide a reference for the quality inspection and control of pressure vessel projects.
