摘要 在对某天然气净化装置主吸收塔定期检验过程中发现纵环焊缝存在大量埋藏裂纹缺陷,经缺陷成因分析认定为焊接冷裂纹。这些缺陷在设备制造过程中产生,但在运行过程中未发生扩展。为保证设备安全运行,需要开展合于使用评价以确定设备继续使用条件与检验周期。本文主要介绍了合于使用评价中埋藏超标缺陷引起的脆性断裂失效评定方法。 During the regular inspection process of the main absorption tower of a natural gas purification device,it was found that there were a large number of buried crack defects in the longitudinal girth welds.After the cause analysis of the defects,it was determined that the welding was cold cracks,which occurred during the equipment manufacturing process and did not expand during operation.To ensure the safe operation of the equipment,it is necessary to carry out a combined use evaluation to determine the equipment’s continued use conditions and inspection cycle.This article mainly introduces the evaluation methods of brittle fracture failure caused by buried over-standard defects in the user evaluation.
