电站锅炉水冷壁部件对接焊口射线检测追踪的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 射线检测是电站锅炉水冷壁部件对接焊口质量的主要控制手段,检测报告和底片等资料则需长期而有效地保存,以备随时检查。但实际工作中,由于某些原因造成部件在出厂后检测资料和检测位置无法有效地对应,导致设备在安装或运行中发现焊口的质量问题,并且无法准确识别制造过程中的检测情况。因此,本文从提升产品质量、改进检测工艺和制造工艺的角度出发,探讨焊口射线检测追踪的必要性。 Radiographic testing is the main control method for the quality of the butt welding joints of the water-cooled wall components of power station boilers.Data such as test reports and negatives need to be kept effectively for a long time to prepare for inspection at any time.However,in actual work,due to some reasons,the inspection data and the inspection position of the parts after delivery cannot be effectively matched,resulting in the quality problems of the welding port during the installation or operation,and the inspection situation during the manufacturing process cannot be accurately identified.Therefore,from the perspective of improving product quality,improving the inspection process,and manufacturing process,this article discusses the necessity of ray inspection and tracking of welds.
