摘要
通过对典型案例中使用的SA-213TP347H奥氏体不锈钢材料在超临界锅炉运行状态下影响管子内壁氧化皮生长、剥落因素的分析,确定了该案例锅炉在启动、运行、停炉等过程中的监督控制要点,并进行了运行工艺和使用参数的改进。结合氧化皮剥落堆积对锅炉机组的运行影响,提出了对超临界电站锅炉高温过热器、高温再热器、屏式过热器、屏式再热器出现氧化腐蚀速度加剧和氧化皮大量集中剥落的防范控制措施。经应用实践,能够有效防范同类型的超临界锅炉因氧化皮集中剥落堆积堵塞管子造成非正常停炉事故的发生。
Through the typical case used in SA-213 TP347 H austenitic stainless steel materials,on the inner wall of the ultra-supercritical boiler operation condition affect pipe scale growth,scaling factor analysis,for the case of boiler developed in the process of starting,running,and the furnace operation process improvement and supervision control points and the use of parameters,developed a complete set of ultra-supercritical power plant boiler for ever higher,to high again,screen,screen appears again,oxidation corrosion rate and scale of concentrated peeling preventive control measures.After application of the certificate,this scheme can effectively prevent the same type ultrasupercritical boiler pipe scale concentrated peeling jams caused abnormal boiler accidents.
